Unlock the healing power of positivity.

Positivity In Motion began with a bold, heartfelt idea: What if a community came together not just to raise money—but to raise hope?

In 2024, the very first PositiviTEE Gala was launched as a fundraising event rooted in optimism and driven by a deep belief in the potential of young people. Spearheaded by Oliver Jack, the gala brought together donors, community leaders, and youth advocates in support of programs that promote resilience, healing, and emotional well-being.

Three people are standing in the center, smiling and posing for the photo, while others are seated or standing in the background around round tables with white tablecloths, glassware, and food.

That night didn’t just launch a fundraiser—it sparked a movement.

Oliver, who had experienced firsthand the challenges facing today’s youth, took the stage to share his own story. His message—authentic, vulnerable, and empowering—resonated far beyond the event. From that moment on, Oliver became the voice and face of a growing effort to bring positivity and purpose to others. His speaking engagements, social content, and outreach would become the foundation of what is now known as Oliver’s Positivity Project, one of Positivity In Motion’s core initiatives.

As community support grew, so did the vision. What started as one gala became a national nonprofit, with multiple divisions working together to create a world where every young person has access to healing and hope.

Today, Positivity In Motion supports youth across the country through dynamic programs, philanthropic giving, and content that lifts people up—always staying true to its roots: one evening, one story, one spark of positivity that started it all.

Our Founder: Oliver Jack

Where I Was Before the Accident:

Before the life-altering accident, I was a recent high school graduate, a multi-talented varsity athlete for four years, and a proud state golf champion. My dreams revolved around a future on the PGA Tour, with plans to attend the University of Colorado on a full golf scholarship.

The Unfortunate Turn of Events:

My life took an unexpected turn when I was struck by a drunk driver while crossing the street. The accident left me with severe injuries, including multiple facial fractures, a fractured elbow, a severe brain hemorrhage, and cerebral edema. After 10 hours of life-saving surgery, I found myself in a coma for 30 days, facing an uncertain future.

The Arduous Path to Recovery:

My recovery journey was marked by numerous challenges, including the removal of half of my skull, months in a coma, and extensive rehabilitation. I had to relearn essential skills, from walking and talking to managing cognitive challenges and coping with emotional struggles. The support of my family and medical professionals became instrumental in overcoming these obstacles. Emotional Struggles and the Long Road to Independence: Depression, loneliness, and the yearning for the life I once had were constant companions during my recovery. Despite the desire for independence, the inability to drive added another layer of complexity to my journey.

Where I Am Today:
Today, I am a survivor, a testament to the power of determination and
resilience. I’ve founded PositiviTEE which is a philanthropic
organization focused on empowering children and young adults by nurturing a
culture that fosters kindness and positive thinking. Inspired by our
founder’s personal triumphs over life’s challenges, we strive to create an
inclusive and uplifting community that champions positivity and kindness in
all aspects of life. By directing all proceeds towards supporting
youth-based initiatives, we contribute to building a brighter and promising
future for all.
